Stay away from Foschini

I have received the worst service at the foschini at wonderpark shopping centre. I made a laybye for clothes a month ago, the day I went to collect my stuff the clothes had mysteriously gone missing. I don't understand how when I had secured them. I was told to give a grace period of five days and on the day I went to get my stuff again I'm told to wait two to three days. I'm being told that the clothes I secured have been sold. I have never been let down like this. I would never recommend anyone to go to that store and I'm certainly never gonna shop at foschini. The service was bad I'm even considering closing my account with them. Foschini wonderpark must be ashamed of the selves. Also I should not be shocked because even the service I received when I was securing the clothes was oblivious.
