status update

I have a problem with tfg i have finished paying them but there cant update the status of my account since from January i have send them paid letter but even now still showing that i owe them when i call them there tell me different stories ive spoke to YARNIQUE JOHNSON but still i didn't get any help ive never seen horrible service like this i need my status to be update soon and i need somebody to call me
