Staff that hate their job

So, i dropped by at the Foshini store in Bluff, there was no one assisting on the floor so i walked to the counter whereby there were 3 female employees. One of them was doing something and i think she may have dropped the drawing pin on the floor which i stpped on and it went half way into my foot. I screeched with pain and the one lady apologised, I was inuriated because the otehr 2 employees just stood there staring at me as if i did something wrong. I witnessed a customer get cut at Woolworths and the staff went out of their way to assist. Now i am not saying my injury required medical assistance, however it was very unprofessional for them to just stare at me blankly. That pin was not supposed to be on the floor, imagine if i was diabetic or a kid had stepped on it. Also, had the extra 2 women been on the floor i would not have had to walk to the counter. I am complaining here on hello peter because i have not found anywhere to send my issue to via the website. Cmon Foshini get your employees in line!
