Staff that are rogues

Hi to the team I was recently at phoenix plaza store to.purchase a primer and the system was offline and the lady did the transaction and the card went thru but apparently showed it didn't go thru so the lady told.me it didn't later on I went back to the store so the lady tells me the card had been used but I haven't purchased anything coaching plaza you guys made me wait more than enough to.receive feedback for something I needed the same day your store has rogues I'm going to lay a case against foschini as you guys use their stuff without their consent and when they are unaware I hope to receive feedback cause your store had dishonest I'm going to.blaspheme the foschini brand and take this further taking my matter to social media and papers for further justice
