Staff negligence and financial loss
I ordered the Y&G Contrast Crew Neck Column Dress and a wrong dress was packed (Column Racer Contrast Binding Black/milk) . Worse I had to pay for delivery fee and now I don't have what I wanted meaning my money went down the drain all because of negligence from the Fourways mall staff members. My order number is was (B***7-01). I'm defeated because it means if I want that dress I have to pay again.

30 Dec 2024, 11:30The branch manager from Fourways got in touch with meon Tuesday 24th December 2024 and followed up on my query. She was able to resolve the matter swiftly and added a token for the mistake made as a way to apologise. I am happy with the turnaround time and the resolution.
