Staff hide Perfume Testers

I was in Fochini lakeside Benoni wanting to test Lancome Idole perfume,First the perfume was hidden in some cupboard,when I asked for it,the staff member refused to give me, rather insisted to hold the perfume bottle for me even when I asked to test it myself. What kind of ******* is this?
