Staff harassment! Foschini's Centurion Mall

Foschini Centurion Mall.. I understand that your staff must earn commission and I also understand that retail doesn't pay large salaries. With that said, your staff is bordering on HARASSMENT!! This store is the most uncomfortable store to try and buy make-up or perfume in. It is unbelievable! You walk into the store and every single one of your staff will come and ask if you need assistance and if you don't, they still hang around you like a bunch of vultures just for incase you need help. Let me explain something to you.. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE wants to be attacked by staff when they walk into a store. I like to browse and walk around and look at whatever I want without someone harassing me. This is such a bad customer experience that I refuse to support Foschini's in Centurion Mall... or any Foschini's for that matter. You need to tell your vultures that if they want to make a sale they need to let customers browse and do their own shopping. Most people will ASK for assistance if they need it. Most of your staff cant even put their own make up correctly but they want to help you with make up choices. Please. Just stop!! You are going to lose customers more and more if you don't stop this nonsense!!
