Staff attitude

I went to Fochini store in Rosebank just to layby a few items and the service was pathetic.

Not only did the lady working at the cosmetic area degrade me she was also disrespectful.

When I asked for to layby she first rolled her eyes at me 😡and this is after I waited in line for forever and a day then she starts asking for my cellphone number not even a good day mam nothing.

Then she screams across the floor asking her male colleague what is the process on sale items is there an option to laybye ,can i say that stupid pull over was not even marked down for her to tell the whole store that i wanted to laybye an item that is on sale.

To say I am upset is an understatement I am furious is this the level of service TFG group prides themselves with ???

I cancelled the whole thing and left.
