staff and mangement own foschini

I have visited foschini phoenix on 20/01/2016 and assisted by a young lady that refused to assit me on my account,her reason was that i have a card which is invalid which did not make any sense as that is the card I have being using for years.The card is just old and has dual written on it and i should replace it at sportcene.The card says dual but has all my details it just says dual but i am the main account holder and the card i gave picks my deatils,i also had the dual card which is the new one ,for my son,i am still the account holder.The cashier explanation she gave did not make sense so I called for the manager-which said the same thing and was very unpolite and rude.I did advise that a complaint will be put forward and the manager responded its fine as we did all we can.To me her response is unfair as she showed she has no service delivery at all,even when we went to sportscene to make a new card i asked if i come to purchase who will your give the stuff to and the advised card belongs to account holder.I explained my fustration at truworths and another customer was in the store explained that foschin plaza has a bad reputation to service delivery.they staff are rude and go
