I received a call this morning about payment (as usual). I told the woman from Foschini that I would not be able to make the payment today and because I work in an area with poor internet and reception, I took the call outside. Due to the bad reception, the call cut. She called back and without giving me a chance to speak, she told me that I cut the call and would be charged for the call. How impolite. Where does this make sense?

This isn't the first time this has happened, and this is very frustrating.
