SodaBlock POOR SERVICE

I made the laybye at soda lock 2 of the items didn't fit my son. I went to exchange Monique said she didn't have cash in her till and I must come back the next day. Today Jerome Simon's is telling me he can't give me my money back because it was on laybye and while I had the item on laybye someone could have bought it. I left there without my money and was given head office number to call but there's no answer. Where to from here. As I need my money. Your store is low on stock.. There's no sizes. What do I do?
