So irritated - i am done with no customer service!
Hi,<br> <br> <br> I have phones 4 times today to close my account and each time I have held the line for more than half an hour and no service.<br> <br> <br> I have made an overpayment on my account and want this money paid back to me and my account closed.<br> <br> <br> Can someone please phone me in this regard?<br> <br> <br> This is the reason that I am closing this account, because of the pathetic customer service you give.
