So called business rules

Good day.<br> <br> My wife purchased a brand new black berry Z3 and paid cash for it , which was a gift for me. The phone is still in the box and when I used the phone I kept on having endless problems, the phone was only used yesterday 25 May 2015.<br> I think its ridiculous that I cannot give the phone back to the store if I am not happy with it especially if there is a 1 year guarantee on it.<br> The lady at the foschini in jhb newtown junction told me that apparently its a business rule that a phone cannot be retuned, which is pathetic customer service.<br> I am really disappointed and I would like this to be sorted out, I will take another phone from the store, I did not request for the funds back.<br> <br>
