Sneaker Factory Mall of the south

I’m utterly disgusted by the customer service I received at one of your TFG stores at Mall of the south by a guy named Reuben.

I went there on Saturday to buy a sneaker using a voucher that was sent to me by Foschini,when i got to the tills the system displayed the voucher has expired even though the sms said it will expire on the 1st of March 2020.Reuben made it my problem and said since I have a Foschini card I must go to Foschini and ask them to resolve the issue,I was a bit puzzled cos there’s a phone next to him and now I’m told I must walk there and try sort it out . I went to Foschini and they called the Head Office ,they then sent one of their employees to accompany me to sneaker factory to explain that there’s an issue with the system and the way forward is for him to call the Head office and capture the voucher manually.we went back to the store with the Foschini employee and she explained what must be done ,immediately when she left this guy called someone from exact and not the Head office asking him what to do .stood there ridiculed because I’m thinking he made me go look for help and now he’s asking for help?as if that was not enough he claimed the Head office is not picking up and left the store without even informing me what’s going on.i used my own airtime to call the office and when I asked for the store manager they told me she left @2pm.he then came back with Mbali from Totalsport whom I then gave the phone to speak to one of the TFG call center agents because now the staff at Sneakers Factory was laughing that Im now on the phone with the Head office .after spending an hour and 15 minutes at the store I was told I can’t use the voucher on sale items .time wasted for nothing and when he was asked to apologize for wasting my time ,he said “never, yeses!!”there’s no use.i left the sneakers thanks to the bad service that I received first time ever since I've had an account Foschini.

I'm never going back to that shop again because customer service was never taught to the staff. I really wasn’t treated fairly and i felt ridiculed,wasted my time for nothing .
