Skeleton Staff & Pathetic Service at Foschini Sandton City

I went to Foschini at Sandton City on Sunday, 17th November 2019 at around 16:30 pm. My sister was looking for clothing items to purchase. There were no sales staff to assist and what made it worse is that when we went to the till to pay, there was no one at the till. We had to chase after the only staff member at the other side just to pay for the goods. It seems like she was the only one working there. How do you expect to run a clothing shop with only 1 employee? Pathetic service! We will not return!
