Size correct but straps not
My understanding of a pair of shoes is that they should hug a person's feet not dangle. My shoes size is correct but the straps are loose. It's a sandal and when I'm wearing it just dangles. They new and not damaged. Buy seems the manufacturer or supplier made a fault because the shoes are not proper. Please assist because I have tried contact you to no assistance. I cannot wear such it's humiliating.
