<p>After buying an item from Tygervalley where the magnetic tag was not removed, I went to my local branch in Bayside mall where I asked to have the tag removed. The initial interaction was not satisfying but Wilhelmina then overheard and took the extra step in assisting me to have it removed. Wilhelmina truly provides great service. </p>
