Sim card blocked by one2one zone under Foschini group
Im having problem with this company called One2One Zone under Foschini group i was having a Sim contract with one2one zone for 2 years, last month was my last month with them i terminated my contract and ask them that to send my Sim card to MTN prepaid they responded to me that i must wait for 24-72hours it will be changed to prepaid it was on the 07th of cellphone april 2019 even today my sim card says unregisterd sim and i really need to use it and i always send them e-mails and they dont respond to me can you please assist me sim card number is ********** please help me in this matter

How long must i wait for my MTN Sim card to be activated is being more than two months now your service is very poor, please open my Sim card as soon as possible no one is responding to me and i left my other so that you can call me for the update but still nothing please try to contact me on this number to ***
