SIM activated for contract without my permission

<p>I had an account with markhams which is paid off</p> <p>2 months ago i noticed my phone doesnt have network signal, phoned Mtn, was advised that my sim is a contract sim which i had no knowledge of. When i phoned Foschini they acknoledged that this is a mistake on their side, they accidentally typed my id number because the customer who took the contract had a similar id with me (i still dont understand what details the other client verified with the). They promised to fix the problem. The network was workimg again</p> <p> </p> <p>Midn Apri i travelled out of the country so my cell was off, came back may the 20th only to discover that my phone doesnt have a signal again, Mtn again advised me that my sim is a contract sim.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i am rilly ****ed off by the bad customer service you are giving, i never took a contract with Foschin, you acknoledged a mistake on your side by you keeo on blocking my prepaid sim card forna contract i never took.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just fix this before i take this to my lawyers</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
