SILLY CHARGES by FOSCHINI

I sent an email on the 1st of July to Eden De beers, requesting my balance so I can settle and close the account.... too date I have received it. My instalment is normally R460 but because Ive been paying monthly assumed it will be less. I took the Liberty of going to the Key west branch and requested a statement.... And to my surprise I owe R825.51 and don't understand why. There are collection letters charges dating back from the 13th of February 2018, sms charges, email charges. What are all these charges for and who have you been emailing, to what address have these letters being posted too. Your service is pathetic, your response time is non existent. I've had this account since 2008 and after these ridiculous charges that I need to pay for, for nothing I will be closing the account./
