Sies maan!!!!

<p>So I went to Foschini at the city mall in Klerksdorp today to try sort out an issue with my lay bye card because I couldn't my bye at other stores as I was told I have an outstanding lay bye at this Foschini store.</p> <p> </p> <p>when I got there, their records didn't show what this outstanding lay bye was and I was told I had to pay the amount of money outstanding even though I didn't have an item laid away. When I refused, I was told that I had to produce the day, time and date that I paid this amount or else they couldn't help me. When I couldn't, I was told that I can't ever use my lay bye card. I asked for the manager and was told the store doesn't have a manager!?</p> <p> </p> <p>Really though?!!!!!</p>
