Shopping in Foschini Richards Bay is a Nightmare

<p>i went into Foshnini Richards Bay around 16h00 in order to purchase makeup. Nobody was interested in in assisting so I got the attention of Pear who was busy chatting in a remote corner. She came over whereupon I requested that I wanted to try on a shade of Revlon photo ready. I had makeup on my face. I suggested to Pear that I wanted to wipe off my face makeup. She said:"No, we can try on the shade on your makeup". I once again insist we had to clean off a section of my face so that we can test the shade appropriately. She once again, seemed very reluctant to assist with a tissue and insisted we can try ON TOP of what wa on my face. I of course became irate because clearly she was being lazy. I asked another assistant about this type of service and whether it was acceptable. She made an excuse "at least she is helping, because she works in fragrance" To me this is a poor excuse. I called for the manager who was not to be found. </p>
