Shop refuse to exchange clothes, say its washed

Good day<br> <br> I would like to complain that one of your shop in East London, Hemingway's Mall, Eastern cape is refusing to take clothes that are returned, <br> First incident, my mum was hospitalized two months ago in which we bought a Nightdress and a Jersey but they were big, we returned them a day after the purchase in which they indicated that It was burnt with a cigarette where's she does not even smoke, Fine we let go, second incident today the 03 March 2015 she returned a dress she bought in which she felt it was too short, Manager (Kelly Klein)on duty she claimed dress was washed and it smelled detergent.<br> <br> Now I am very frustrated with this shop, because I ask them to let my mum fit this dress and see if a 73 year old lady can wear such a sort dress, they refused, Manager treated her like she was a nobody who came to lie in their shop.<br> <br> I hope you find this in order.<br> <br> Thank you<br> Viwe<br> ***/ ***<br>
