SHOCKING SERVICES
The service I received was quite horrific and ludicrous
On the 18th of November 2019 I saw an airforce sneaker at Sports scene in south gate mall on the 23rd of November I went to Clear water to purchase the sneaker I was informed that the sneaker is available however they haven't launched the sneaker at all store's and online I literally took the picture at south gate and had the sneaker on the palm of my hand.they stated that I need to wait for the launch date the 26th of November and I did when I was suppose to buy the sneaker on line continues problems I received several verification code's still I was not able to process my order for 3 Consecutive day's I called customer support ref number for the call ***7,they told me I can check at greenside mall they have POSSIBLE STOCK,requested for the number which diverted to Total sports That's where I was INSULTED BY MARADONA WHO WAS NOT WILLING TO MENTION HIS LAST NAME he said he will call his manger he didnt have the decency ti put me on hold he wanted me to hear when he called me crazy he was loud surely HE THOUGT I WAS a Caucasian and didn't speak Zulu he said OYAHLANYA LO WOW NO ONE WAS WILLING TO ASSIST I AM SO ANNOYED AND IRRITATED BY THE LEVEL OF SERVICE RECEIVED I HAVE SCREEN SHORTS OF CALLS AND REF NUMBERS I WANT THAT SNEAKER A SIZE 3 SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE I EXHAUSTED MORE THAT 200 ON AIR TIME ETC
