Shocking service Foschini

Trying to open a Fochini account is talking longer than buying a new car! I app**** 3 days ago. Not one of their new accounts phone numbers work, the toll free number as well s the customer service land line has keeps putting you through to the "main menu ". The "helpful" staff at *** gave me the "correct" number ***... "this number is not operational during lockdown". I think I should try an account at another retailer. This is not worth my time or cell phone expense!
