Shocking service

I app**** for an account at the store,and a few days later I was called and asked to email my payslips which I emailed,then a lady from foschini called me to confirm my budget for the month, ththreaten after a month I got an email from foschini that my application was in process and that was the last communication I received from them.now I am wondering how long does it take for them to process the application since its now almost 2 months.
