Shocking poor customer service Donna Claire Mimisa mall

<p>Donna Claire Mimosa mall has the worst customer servise... returned trousers eith its labels in place... a bit wrickled cause it has been in a bag for over a week... lady at counter took them out. Scanned it and give me the credit note to sign.... then her friend comes over and she started acusing me off wearing it.... how if all labels is on and then she started treatening me in front of other customers that she is gonna lay a complaint against me.... she even dropped the trousers on the floor and left them on the floor.everybody was shoched at their behavior.... i will never sit foot in there again. Im closing my account... i am traumatised... soercheless.</p>
