Shocking...no security checks done ???
Went in to make a purchase on 18/4 and to my surprise cashier asked me to make a payment of R800 ...I advised him that my account was up to date and why did I need to pay? He then said THAT MY BALANCE was R9670?????? I was utterly shocked and said that this is impossible because my balance should be under R2000 I then received a statement showing a purchase was made on 2/4 in Cape Town !!! I was horrified as I was at work and my card was used in the @home store for R6971 !!! MY CARD HAD BEEN CLONED!!! When I questioned the policy for high purchases \apparently there is no checks that need to be done"shocking \"" they never check ID "
