Shocking customer service

Tried to purchase goods online, after putting my banking details in, the website would not allow me to complete the transaction. Called Foshini for help, said that the order did not go through even though I received an SMS and email to say otherwise. The next day I went into foshini to try and sort it out and once again received no help. The same day I emailed customer service to try and get some help with the issue. It's been 3 days and still have had no reply. The customer relations of this clothing company is absolutely shocking. How can you have an online service when you cannot even reply to emails. Quite useless.
