SHOCKING

During Covid i requested a payment relief and was not even assisted or entertained. Its shocking how during a situation everyone was facing by not working they didn't have the decency to help their customers. so this landed up with me having extra charges etc added to my account. I even requested my protection policy and i was also not entertained. They didn't even have the decency to respond. I am applaud by the service i have received and by the unprofessional ism received. It really shows you who actually wants to assist their customers and who doesn't even bother.
