Shocking

I completed a death claim at a Foschini branch which went smoothly and the lady assisting showed me her mail had gone through. I have however not heard anything back from them and phoning means nothing as you get shoved from one place to the next then eventually get given a number to phone and guess what....... its a answering machine and I have left a message on it but clearly it is just installed for show! I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me ASAP as my patience is wearing thin. Thank you: Felicity ***
