I went to Newtown mall during the week, I was looking for a Jacket , it was available but not in good condition, I asked one of the consultant if they can call other shops to check if its available and get it for me, they advised I will have to pay extra R50 for that, I did not have a problem with that, but the Manager advised it is not possible for them to get it for me as they were currently doing stock taking, so I need to come back, I then went on 23/01/2016, I spoke to Bridget , and she said she overheard the conversation ,instead of me having to go through the process she can just go and get it for me in Carlton centre Foschini, she gave me a feed back with in 2 hours, and I got my Jacket. Thanks to her
