When I approched to the till from a line, she just looked at me. I had to greet her, then proceed to pay for my account. Then trying to pay for second account which is for my wife, she just left the till not saying anything. we were on the ground floor and my wife was buzy withe boots she wanted to buy. As she came to me with the boots, the cashier was getting on a lift, living us just like that. <br> We asked for the Manager, and we explain what happends and luckly she apologies for the behavier of her staff and assisted us withe payment. We had to wait for about 20 minutes as if we were crazy when she left us like stuppids. I have been a very loyal customer to be treated like that. I have been a customer since they were Pages. I was and still not happy with the service I received from Foschini West Street ( Pixley kaSeme Street).
