SHAMEFUL HEADOFFICE STAFF TFG

After enjoying such good and outstanding service, I am still very much in shock, from the treatment I received from a senior member, working at the headquarters of this group, named a Mr. Appolis. He clearly do not understand the importance of outstanding customer service. He is a disgrace to the position he fills within this company. The lowest paid employees, understand, what good customer service entails. I had this problem with my account, which was supposed to have been resolved on 2nd September 2021,according to a customer service consultant, but not to a supervisor, called Appolis. He clearly don't, know what it means to care for a customer, but himself. Making his own rules, a case where the left hand don't know, what the right hand is doing. The actions of this supervisor is way below par. It would be more of an advantage to this company to promote the store clerks like Gary from Total sports in Cape Gate and the sales people from Sportscene and Total Sports in Paarl Mall, to headquarters, than having this man called Appolis filling a post, that he don't deserve.
