Shamed for asking about shop reopening by staff

So disappointed in the way the Foshini staff and manager spoke to me at Eyethu Mall when I went to ask when the store would open as I could see they are packing shelves and preparing for an opening. The ladies just attacked me and said they don't know when the store would open. They kept saying my brothers and sisters looted the shop and I should ask them where my lay bye is. I kept telling them I don't have siblings that looted shops and they just kept at it and laughing amongst themselves about where I could possibly get my lay bye. Eventually one of them told me to check trade route but she was not sure where our laybyes were. The ladies made it a point to mock me about my laybye and the fact that it was looted. They were not helpful and I walked away in shame as I felt insulted and disrespected. All I wanted to know was when the shop would open so I could get my laybye. At this point I'm not even sure if I still want that lay bye, I'm just very disappointed at Foshini as a whole.
