Settlement letter Pending

Worst customer experience i have had. From June 2022 until now after settling my account which the TFG handed over to Shapiro. Now its a game of no1 knows were the settlement letter of the account shod come from. Shapiro says Foschini - foschini says Shapiro. Calls were very consistent wen the accoint had an outstanding. To a point were i was called on a billed call to be informed that i owe a balance of R13 on the account! Now i have settled and i need a letter no-one is whilling to assist.
