Settlement Letter
Good day,<br> <br> I had an account with Foschini and was listed for an amount less than R300. I settled the amount and Foschini refuses to grant me a settlement letter. They are referring me to their debt collectors and two consultants are giving me two different numbers. These debt collectors will send you from one person to another in order to get a letter. All I need is a letter stating that my account was settled and closed so that I can clear my name.
