Settlement Discount

I contacted NRB Risk Solutions, my Foschini account is handed over there. I requested a settlement discount and I was told to contacted to Foschini for a settlement amount. I went to Foschini in Rosebank and spoke to Dimakatso, she phoned the Head Office but did not receive assistance ans she even contacted the Call Centre, still no assistance. I am very dissapooint on the fact that when she called the Head Office, she was transferred to HR and was told that I must pay the full amount and the HR lady dropped the phone. When this type of treatment is happening to their employees then it means I am nothing to them as a customer. <br> <br> Shenail from NRB Risk Solution was rude and told me straight that Head Office of Foshini does not give out discounts, which surprises me because the previous Attorneys that handled my account offered me a discount and I could not pay it at that time. NRB staff have no customer service, they are rude including the Manager I spoke to. <br> <br> Right now I am being tossed around and I am not receiving any assistance. Foschini has really disappointed and shamed me as a customer. I want this matter to be sorted out.
