Settled amount lastyear but still have arrears
<p>My account was handed over to Mbd credit solution by Foschini i made a settlement lastyear December. I went to the Foschini store in Cape Town as i did my credit report it still showed i owed 8769 but this was paid in settled and was provided a settlement letter.The agent at Foschini faxed my settlement letter and called Foschini head office was advised my status will be cleared in the next 21days. To my suprise today i have done a credit report it shows i have 391 arrears im tired of foschini and their bull now if this is not resolved asap im taking it forward to my lawyers as you making money out of my name.</p>

I just received a call fr Mellisa from Tfg head office Customer service who was not helpfull at all telling me Tfg did request my information to be updated but nothing has been done. So she is telling me i must also ask Mbd because my account was not with them,Foschini is the one who has handed me over to them annd know she telling me she will be in touch just to tell me the account is not witj foschini so o will make it easy o dont want any calls i will just pass everything to my lawyers as you not able to provide me with a resolution to this and your agents have attitude.
