Settled account!
My account was handed over to DMC Debt Management, I settled the account with DMC on 17/10/2018. I was given a settlement letter to forward the to Foschini and to this day this account still not closed, I sent countless emails to Foschini with the settlement letter and to this day I have not received any reply whatsoever. This account still shows as active.
