Service sucks

We all know that there's a revamp in Foschini Sandton City but also i think they should revamp the staff in cosmetic cause WOW their service is totally bull**** they are not friendly at all I've been there so many times getting same treatment as if I'm asking for testers when I want to buy I'm not happy at all shem
