Service is shocking

I am disgusted by their service. I stood in a queue for 10 minutes with a coloured lady serving another lady. There's 3 other staff members standing there having a fat conversation in Afrikaans, not acknowledging us or telling us to stand in another queue. Eventually I go to the cosmetic's counter where a very nice lady helps us. She tells some Donye about my complaint, she just looks me up and down and walks off - not giving two hoots about my complaint.<br> <br> I am highly offended and ticked off by their no care attitude. Disgusting service.
