I am astonished that service like what she has portrayed still exist in this time. Aside from my poor judgement, my hubby insisted we take the product back 2 da store. I stepped back, while my hubby explained da situation of da product. The sales lady Zama was very rude, disrespect &point blank without investigating,accused us of Lying,her manner&professionalism was horrifyin. She left us&spoke loudly 2 others&was dancin & singin in da small cosmetic area.Wen they called da manager,2 my surprise, we was not looked at disrespectfully, mortified &was spoken to in a polite manner. She looked at d item, taken it to higher authority, whereby a decision was made to have it further investigated.We explained 2 her d situation of the product with all honestly, and in the event that the product was not returned, we would walk away, disappointed, but understand that no one could believe us aside from the person that opened the box. within a matter of days, I received a call Angie advised dat she will exchg d product.She still remained professional, calm and collected.Suffice to say why she is a manager,she handles herself and problems in an applicable manner.We need more managers like this
