I wrote a report on 23/01/2014 and got an email saying that a consultant will contact me and nobody has contacted me yet... please dont respond if you dont intend of solving the issue just to show that you a company that respond on Hello Peter when you do Jack ****. Dont **** me off! I'm waiting for somebody to contact me asap!!!!
