Seriously - I have told you to close my account

I have a Foschini account and there was a R70 credit in the account. I have tried to close it at a store, what a drama. Keep the money I want the account closed, yet you keep sending me smses saying I must pay R35???????????????? for what ???????????????? CLOSE THE ACCOUNT

Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why say you will come back to me directly and then don't? I see now you have charged me for benefits. The last payment was in 2013 and there was a R70,00 credit now I owe you R35??????????????? You have **** and ****** my money, but keep it I will NEVER purchase anything ever from your stores
