Selling reject clothes to public

<p>My mom bought a blouse at Foschini and it was very expensive. When she put it on it was way to small and she didnt keep her slip so they didnt want to exchange or refund her wich is understandable BUT that blouse is marked a size 18 and me that is a size 10 could not fit into it!!! Now, this is not the kind of quality you get to expect from Foschini. My mom is a pensioner. I am very sure that the store still has the transaction on their system. It is THEIR mistake so we want a refund please, my mom will probably buy something else so they wont lose. I have sent a complaint to Foschini but I am waiting for a reply or some kind of reaction for a week now but nothing.....such terrible service!!!</p>
