Security Issue at the glen shopping centre

On Friday the 6th of February my wife and her friend was in the store at the glen when there was a woman that tried to put her hand in my wife's bag as witnesses say seeing that my wife's bag was closed she then went to her friends bag and put her hand in her bag which was open at that moment my wife's friend turned to put her phone in her bag and thus seeing this women's hand in the bag they then confronted her and called for security . once security came they said they cant do anything because she never take anything the mere fact that she was caught in the act of trying to ***** is wrong and your security does nothing about it and lets the women walk out free in my eyes the security has to be looked at in the glen shopping centre as me and my wife will not be shopping there again
