SECONDAY CARD APPLICATION

Im very furious about the service we received at Foschini Heidelberg mall with my father.We wanted to apply for a secondary card they said the forms are finished even worse they said we should go to American swiss to ask for a form imagine they sending my father to go and request for a form so now its our responsibility,when we got to American swiss and requested for a form three ladies I can only remember the lady whos name is princess and the other one with French style just starred at each other and said they don't have,So we had to go back to Foschini we told they lady that even last week we asked about the form and even this week is the same story we asked why are they treating us like this they said the form comes with a stationary,they even wanted to send us to total sports.So basically this means my petrol and my time was consumed for nothing.I work with clients every day.There was no effort that was taken to resolve my problem.I feel very undermined.I normally visit many tfg stores especially at lakeside mall The people there are very friendly and they go extra mile for customers.So I wouldn't refer Foschini Heidelberg and American swiss to anyone the staff are not friendly they don't know How to put customers at the centre of their heart.You don't treat people like that.Im very devastated and fuming especially for the fact that we were sent all around the mall from pillar to post like we are crazy,
