Secondary Card Application poor service

About a month or 2 ago I app**** for a secondary card and got no response so decided to go back to Foschini only to be told that we used the wrong form they no longer use it so we had to do the whole process again, mind you I don't stay in KZN I just go there to visit my parents as I'm based in GP because of work, so when I went back to visit(8th November) I had to go instore and reapply and was told that I'll get feedback within 2 days to this day there has been no feedback, what kind of pathetic service is this, we might as well close this ****** Foschini account because as much as its registered under my mom I'm the one paying for it
