I have an account with HI store I bought a cellphone there for my mom unfortunately I moved from Welkom to Johannesburg my moms phone was ****** and since she is paying the account she went to go claim they sent me all the documents via email to sign and I did but still being given the run around I am this side studying I don't know I should properly fly to Welkom tobbe on a call with a rude damn consultant when they receive their money they don't ask questions but when you claim they put you through hell please people don't buy anything from this store or their insurance its a big ****
